Andy Thomas

Andy graduated ITT Technical school in 1977, all the while working in customer service. He began his career servicing IBM mainframe systems through 1984. Andy joined another firm and was given the duties to support the newly introduced IBM PC.
In 1986, Andy realized that small businesses wanted real solutions based on PCs. Andy started PC Solutions and grew the company to 25 employees. It was recognized by IBJ
as one of the Top 10 Computer Companies in Indiana. In 1995, Andy
anticipated the impact of the Internet and made the decision to focus his
business on support. Andrew Group is the embodiment of what Andy learned
early supporting mainframes and their importance, giving Andy the
opportunity to focus his energy on clients needs and current technology.

Sheri Thomas
Office Manager

Since 1986, Sheri has actively supported and
participated in the operation of the business. During the early years, Sheri
balanced the responsibilities of raising four children with doing as much as
possible to help the company succeed. Her work experiences include Retail
Sales and accounting services and her professional interests is in customer
service. Sheri has participated in numerous customer service focus groups
including O'Malia Food Stores. Her keen sense of great customer service in
her personal life is a beacon within the company to keep the staff focused
to always deliver above the norm. Sheri is 100% in your corner as a client
or prospective client of our company. She looks forward to helping you
experience what she and Andy have set forth for the company since the
beginning.

Aaron Matlock
Senior Engineer
|
Aaron attended both Rose Hulman and Indiana University. Meanwhile, he worked at Mr. D's Food Stores for thirteen years. Aaron was responsible for managing a 24x7 integration P.O.S.
system spanning seven stores in Indianapolis and Bloomington. Aaron later
assumed full IT responsibilities that had been outsourced to Andy's company
since 1986. Andrew Group continued providing high level consultative IT
services. Mr. D's was purchased in 2001 and Aaron joined Andrew Group to
continue his IT career.

Erich Stauffer
Support Engineer
|
Erich graduated from Indiana University studying
Communications, New Media, and Computer Sciences. He worked for a regional
bank as a team leader and Balance Controller for six years. Erich was
recognized for his can-do spirit and developed procedures and manuals for
new employees. He was also employed with a local technology support firm and
furthered his computer studies. Erich has a long list of skills with web
technologies and user applications. He currently is a CompTIA A+
Hardware/Software certified IT Technician and Network+ certified. Erich is
also a Microsoft Certified Professional.

Brent Towns
Field Technician
|
Brent began his career working with his hands and mind operating and
programming high tech computer controlled industrial machining equipment. As
a team leader of seven operations, Brent was responsible for every aspect of
an ISO9001 Quality Certified production department. During his eleven year
commitment to his employer, Brent attended IUPUI studying computer sciences and later attended high intensity computer networking studies. He currently has A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified Professional certifications. Brent continues his studies on a wide variety of computer related subjects.
